High Level Cleaning
High Level cleaning is one of our core services, and involves working under the Work at Height Regulations 2005, Facilities managers and building owners have a responsibility to comply with this law.
High Level cleaning is an essential service for the build up of dust and bacteria that can cause health issues to building users and possibly provide the fuel for a fire.
High level cleaning can be both internally and externally managed. We can work at any premises office/retail/leisure/factories/warehouses.

We will carry out an initial on site survey to establish the most suitable and safest methods to suit the environment.
All our operatives that work at height undergo working at height, roof access training and are IPAF Certified.
Our teams of specially trained operatives, use state of the art equipment, a selection of proprietary cleaning chemicals, specialist cleaning equipment to allow us to complete tasks from ground level or by using a variety of access options like cradle based access equipment, mobile alloy scaffold towers, and mobile elevated working platforms.
Where access is particularly difficult such as inside glass elevator shafts, Tower block facades, glass roofs and other problematic areas, our highly trained IRATA certified abseilers are available.
P&S Operatives are fully trained and qualified, Insured and are compliant with current H&S Standards.
